Instructions for user Forgot Password:

1. Please follow the process given below

1. Enter valid User Id.
2. Enter valid Registerd Email ID.
3. Enter valid verification code as given in captcha image.
4. Verification code is not case sensative.
5. Click on Submit button

2. Once you have click on Submit button with valid credential. You will be go to automatically Change Password screen .
